Frustration on Learning English
English Post
Hi!
I've been studying English seriously lately because I applied for the Eiken Pre-1 exam a few days ago, and the test is next month. There's so much to do, like building vocabulary, working through past exams, and preparing for the interview. To be honest, what I want to improve the most is my voice placement, keeping my throat and tongue relaxed, and my pronunciation, but that's really hard because of so-called fossilization: Once you learn something wrong, it's hard to unlearn. I've worked on my vocalization and pronunciation for about 3 months, but I still have a long way to go. Or rather I should say, I feel like the more I learn, the more things I find to improve. I really want to get better, but if I don't balance my time, I might not pass the exam. I should limit the time I spend practicing vocalization and pronunciation. It's frustrating.
Anyways, I'll do my best!
Thank you for reading.
