     These days, whether taking online courses is beneficial has become a highly debated topic. Personally, I firmly believe that it brings significant advantages to many people.

     To begin with, this educational method is highly convenient for learners. This is primarily because they can easily access educational materials anytime and anywhere using their devices. As a direct result, learners can achieve a more flexible lifestyle, allowing people to balance their studies with other activities.

     In addition, learning through the internet is extremely cost-effective. By studying at home instead of commuting to physical institutions, students can save money on transportation and physical learning materials. Therefore, this approach is highly effective for reducing the overall financial burden on learners.

     In conclusion, for the reasons mentioned above, I strongly argue that online education provides an excellent learning environment for modern society. (137 words)

音読フィードバックと今後の取り組み

今回の発音に関するフィードバックは次のようなものでした。

• Comprehensibility: 78/100
• Vowels (Vowel Space & Tension): 65/100
• Consonants (Articulation): 62/100
• Linking (Catenation/Elision): 55/100
• Prosody (Melody & Timing): 50/100
• Resonance (Voice Placement): 45/100
• Overall Grade: Intermediate

パラレルリーディングで録音したのである程度底上げされた音読ですが、それでもまだまだな状況です。
特に、母語干渉が強さや発声自体が苦手なの部分を徐々に改善していきたいです。

自分の録音を聞いて特に思うことは

• 音の立ち上がりが遅い or glottal stopになる
• 音の鳴りや空気の量が安定していないので子音や母音（特に二重母音）が不明瞭になりやすい
• f/v, l/r, s/zなど苦手な音が多い
• l/rに関しては弾き音と認識する癖があるので、子音を確実に出してから滑らかに母音につなげる練習が必要
• イントネーションはある程度真似しているが、日本語的な階段状のイントネーションになっている
• シラブルが等間隔に近いモーラ的なリズムになっている
• 力を抜いた発声の練習を心がけているが、不自然になりやすい＆力が入る癖が出やすい

などです。

挙げるとキリがないし一つずつの改善にも時間がかかるので、少しずつ着実に練習していきたいと思います。
英語学習としては発音の明瞭さを重視したいところですが、発声時の過緊張が最重要の課題なのでそこを優先しながら発音の明瞭さなども身につけていきたいです。
発音むずかしい。母語干渉こわい。
